Section 8 in Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) Rules, 1949
8. Maintenance of Register.
- A consular service register showing the details of consular services rendered, names of persons served and their nationality, the amount of fees levied for each service, application form number and receipt number and containing the initials of the consular officer shall be maintained at each consular office.
