Section 20B(4) in Andhra Pradesh Tax on Luxuries Act, 1987
(4)The driver or any other person incharge of the goods vehicle or boat shall, if so required give his name and address and the name and address of the owner of the goods vehicle or boat as well as those of the consignor and the consignee of the tobacco products.
