1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned order dated 20.10.2023 passed by learned MM, by virtue of which, learned trial court has directed the complainant, who is the petitioner in the present petition, to appear in person.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is a cancer patient and is bed-ridden. He seeks time to place the medical documents in this regard on record.
3. List on 5th January, 2024.
