Section 14(1) in The Maharashtra (Urban Areas) Protection and Preservation of Trees Act, 1975
(1)Where any decision is given or order is made under section [* * *] [Figure '8' was deleted by Maharashtra 7 of 1996, section 14.] or 10 by the Tree Officer, an appeal shall lie to the Tree Authority.
