(1)In the office of the Registrar having jurisdiction over New Delhi, there shall be maintained a "Register of Foreign Companies" in Form III, in which the names of the foreign companies shall be entered in the order in which the documents referred to in section 592 which relate to those companies are delivered to the Registrar.(2)Sub-regulations (2), (3) and (4) of Regulation 21 shall apply in respect of the Register of Foreign Companies as they apply in respect of the Register of Companies.
