State of Telangana - Subsection

Section 3(1)(c) in Telangana Heritage (Protection, Preservation, Conservation and Maintenance) Act, 2017

(c)Movable Heritage Antiquities which includes,-
(i)antiquities such as any coin, sculpture, manuscript, maps, epigraph or other work of art of craftsmanship, or any such object;
(ii)any article, object or thing detached from a building, cave, murals, fossils, geological and geomorphic formations;
(iii)any article, object or thing illustrative of science, art, crafts, film, photography, documents, literature, religion, customs etc.;
(iv)any article, object or machinery equipment recordings or things that having heritage value as may be notified by the Government to be an antiquity for the purposes of this Act.
