7. Persons not eligible for allotment of Government land.
- (i) No allotment of Government land shall be made to any displaced agriculturist or persons even though his lands may have been acquired in connection with the project if his total holding after such acquisition exceeds the ceiling limit fixed by any law for the time being in force.(ii)The claims of such persons for compensation may be settled by cash payment.
