Section 1 in Jammu and Kashmir Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2018
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2018.(2)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
