Section 9(1) in The Orissa Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of Land Rules, 1973
(1)The map of each village in the consolidation area shall be prepared through such survey and local enquiry as may be necessary and shall be to such scale as is considered convenient.
