Section 4(3) in Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management University, Sikkim Act, 2006
(3)The headquarters of University shall be in Sikkim and it may have campuses or Regional Centres, Study Centres anywhere in India and abroad with approval of the Board of Governors.
