(2)Particulars of registration of the sponsoring body and its constitution and bye laws.(Detailed information given in section ......... of the Project Report).(a)The sponsoring body is a Registered Society under Madhya Pradesh Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 44 1973); or(b)Is a Public Trust; or(c)Is a Company Registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (No. 1 of 1956).(d)Whether the sponsoring body is a body which is not registered under any of the arrangements as provided under (a), (b) and (c) but is registered under another Act which is for the tine being in force. If yes particulars of that Act.(e)Attach certified copies of the Registration.(f)Attach Constitution and Bye-laws.
