16. General Council

(1)The University shall have a General Council, constituted of:-
(i)The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Chairperson
(ii)The Minister of Home, Goitemment of Uttar Pradesh. Member
(iii)The Minister of Law, Government of Uttar Pradesh. Member
(iv)The Minister of Higher Education, Government
(v)Advocate General of Uttar Pradesh. Member
(vi)The Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh. Member
(vii)The Principal Secretary of Judicial Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
(viii)The Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary, Member
