Section 30 in Tripura Board of Secondary Education Act, 1973
30. Exclusion of jurisdiction.
- On and from the date of enforcement of the Tripura Board of Secondary Education Act, 1973, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education shall cease to have jurisdiction over the institution of Tripura in respect of any matter covered by the said Act.
