Section 20 in Telangana Bio-fertilizers (Monitoring and Quality Control) Act, 2006
20. Qualification for appointment of Inspectors.
- No person shall be eligible for appointment as Bio-fertilizer Inspector, under this Act unless he possesses the qualification namely Graduation in Agriculture from a recognized University and working in the Department of Agriculture, in the State.
