Section 22(2) in The Shree Somnath Sanskrit University Act, 2005
(2)As soon as the Academic Council is constituted under sub-section (1), it may co-opt two eminent persons who are experts in any of the subjects taught in the University, as its additional members whether they are or not connected with the University as its members, teachers or otherwise.
