Section 8(d) in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Class IV Service) (Revised Pay Scales) Rules, 1971
(d)Where the basic pay in the existing pay scale plus the amount of dearness allowance appropriate to the basic pay is more than the maximum pay of the Revised Pay scale such difference shall be allowed as personal pay of the member.
