Hon'ble Mr Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey, Judge (ORDER) 16.11.2021 In the instant application, applicant is seeking recalling of order passed on 06.07.2020, whereby the writ petition WP(C) No. 844/2020 has been transferred to CAT Bench Jammu. The application is made on the ground that the subject of the writ petition pertains to a post borne on the establishment of a Corporation, therefore, does not fall within the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu, Bench.
In view of above the order dated 06.07.2020, whereby the writ petition has been transferred to CAT Bench Jammu, is recalled and writ petition WP(C) No. 844/2020 is restored to its original position.
Registry to send a copy of this order to Registrar, CAT Bench, Jammu for transmitting the records of the writ petition back to this Court, for disposal, if already transmitted.
