Section 12(1) in Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 2015
(1)For minerals specified under Part-A of Schedule-I, the provisions of the Granite Conservation and Development Rules, 1999 and the Marble Development and Conservation Rules, 2002 respectively, shall apply.
