Section 46(1) in Telangana Industrial Workers (Representation, Participation in Management and Relief) Act, 1998
(1)A member may resign his office by giving notice of his intention thereof in writing to the Government; and on the acceptance of his resignation, he shall be deemed to have vacated his office as such member.
