Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Learned Deputy Advocate General on the basis of instructions imparted to her submits that notice under sub Section (1) of Section 4 of the H.P. Public Premises and Land (Eviction and Rent Recovery) Act, 1971 issued in case No. 02 of 2023 by the Collector Rohru, Sub-Division District Shimla, H.P., be treated as withdrawn and further that all necessary consequential actions/orders shall follow.
