10. Appointment of sub-committees and joint-committees.
- The market committee may appoint one or more of its members to be a sub-committee or to be a joint committee for the conduct of any work or to report on any matter or matters and may delegate to such committee or any one or more of its members such of its powers or duties as it may think fit.
