Section 10(ii) in THE PRE-NATAL DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUES (REGULATION AND PREVENTION OF MISUSE) AMENDMENT ACT, 2002
(ii)in clause (e), for sub- clause (ii), the following sub- clause shall be substituted, namely:-" (ii) eminent gynaecologist and obstetrician or expert of stri- roga or prasuti- tantra.".
