Section 51 in Sardar Patel University of Police, Security and Criminal Justice, Jodhpur Act, 2012
51. Residuary provision.
- The Board shall have the authority to deal with any matter pertaining to the University and not specifically dealt with in this Act. The decision of the Board on all such matters shall, subject to revision by the Chancellor, be final and shall not be liable to be challenged in any Court or Tribunal.
