Section 98(e) in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
(e)any refusal or failure by a member including past deceased and their legal heirs or representatives or lawful claimants to deliver possession of assets to a co-operative resumed or recovered by the co-operative for breach of condition as to the assignment.
