Section 35(1) in Himachal Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) and Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2015
(1)No mining lease or contract shall be granted unless there is a mining plan approved from the Competent Authority. The said mining plan shall be prepared in Form-`M'.
