Section 7(1) in Madhya Pradesh Bhu-Rajaswa Sanhita (Bhu-Rajasva Ka Nirdharan Tatha Punarnirdharan) Niyam, 2018
(1)Whenever any land, which is assessed for any one purpose specified in sub-section (1) of section 59, is diverted to another purpose, a premium shall be payable at the rates specified in Schedule-II.
