(d)A register in From M-IV in which particulars of all cases in which license is a controlled area for charcoal-kiln, potter-kiln, lime-kiln, brick-kiln or brick field or for quarrying stone, bajri, surkhi, kankar or for some other similar extractive or ancillary operation is granted or refused.
