(iii)To make such provision so as the enable Constituent Colleges, Affiliated Colleges, Autonomous Colleges, Approved Colleges and Study Centres to undertake specialization of studies and to organize common laboratories libraries and other equipment for research work; to develop patterns of teaching in undergraduate, post-graduate and super specialities so as to meet a very high standard of education, particularly in the fields of professional courses of Sciences Health Sciences, Bio-Technology Information Technology, Commerce, Management and other allied areas;
