An Act to repeal certain Acts.Whereas, it is expedient to repeal certain obsolete Acts;It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-seventh year of the Republic of India as follows:Section 1. Short titleThis Act may be called the Gujarat Repealing Act, 2006.Section 2. Repeal of certain ActsThe Acts specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed.(See section 2)
