Section 70 in Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011
70. Indemnity.
- No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration or against any Member or against any officer or employee of the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration for anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or regulations made thereunder.
