Section 120(1) in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
(1)An application for grant or renewal of a Travel Agent's licence shall be made in Form C.G.M.V.R.-61 (L.Ag. A) to the Licensing Authority and shall be accompanied by a fee as specified in Rule 145.
