Section 17(1) in The Orissa Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1975
(1)The application referred to in Sub-Section (1) of Section 7 shall be made in triplicate in Form No. 1 to the registering officer of the area which the establishment sought to be registered is located.
