Section 643(1) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(1)Whoever contravenes provisions of Sub-section (1) of Section 353 shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term, which may extend to one month, or with fine, which may extend to rupees one hundred or with both.
