Section 32 in The Reserve And Auxiliary Air Forces Act, 1952
32. Competent authority to be public servant.
For the purposes of this Act every competent authority and where the competent authority consists of a committee of two or more air officers, every member of the committee shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
