Section 1 in The Bihar Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1962
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the Bihar Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1962.(2)The whole of these Rules except Rules 17 to 23 and Rule 25 shall come into force on 1st March, 1962, and the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that Rules 17 to 23 and Rule 25 shall come into force on such date or dates as may be specified in the notification.
