Section 12(1) in Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board Rules, 2014
(1)A Member of the Board who at the time of appointment to the Board was in the service of Central or State Government shall be entitled to leave under the rules applicable to him immediately before his appointment and his service as Member shall count for such leave.
