Section 2(c) in The Rajasthan Waqf Board (Election of Members) Rules, 1999
(c)"Board" means the Rajasthan [Waqf] [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 123, dated 7.12.2015 (w.e.f. 16.1.1999).] Board established under sub-section, (1) or, as the case may be, under sub-section, (2) of section, 13 of the Act;
