Section 702(a) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(a)On receipt of an escort requisition, the head clerk shall fill up the printed order on the reverse of it, showing the strength of the escort and the amount of daily allowance or mileage, if any, considered necessary to be advanced to the escort, and shall lay the requisition and the necessary pay cheque; if any, before the Superintendent for approval and signature, after which he shall send them to the Armed Inspector.
