ORAL ORDER
By way of this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as "the Code"), the applicant has prayed for quashing and setting aside F.I.R. bearing C.R.No.I-129 of 2015 registered with Vastrapur Police Station, Dist. Ahmedabad for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 177, 184 & 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act and to quash all other consequential proceedings arising out of the aforesaid FIR qua the applicant.
Heard learned advocates for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent - State.
Having heard learned advocates for the parties and having perused the materials available on record, it appears that the matter is of 2015 and plea has been recorded before the learned trial Court. Under such circumstances, this Court may not exercise the discretionary jurisdiction. Hence, the present application is hereby rejected.
