Section 50(2) in Tamil Nadu Minor Inams (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Act, 1963
(2)As soon as may be, after the ryotwari settlement is brought into force in any land referred to in sub-section (1) and after the grant of the ryotwari patta in respect of such land to any person in accordance with the provisions of this Act, the authorized officer shall calculate or recalculate the ceiling area of such person and in so calculating or recalculating, the authorized officer shall take into account the extent of the land in respect of which a ryotwari patta has been granted to such person under this Act.
