59. Appearance of legal practitioners.
No legal practitioner shall be entitled to appear or act, in any proceedings before the Tribunal unless he files before the Tribunal a Vakalatnama in Form No. 12 duly executed by or on behalf of the party for whom he appears. __________(1) Vide S.R.O. 6(E), dated 11th May, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Pt.
