13. Allowances, etc., of members of management committees.-
(1)The members of any management committee, other than the Chairman and whole-time directors, may be paid such allowances, if any, as may be prescribed, for attending the meetings of the management committee or for attending to any other work of the National Dairy Development Board.(2)All other matters pertaining to the conduct of proceedings of the management committees shall be such as may be prescribed.
