Section 13(5) in The Dock Workers (Safety, Health And Welfare) Regulations, 1990
(5)All stages shall be of sufficient width to secure the safety of the dock workers working therein. In particular, on stage at a height of two metres or more above the ground level deck bottom, deck or tank top, shall be less than 30 centimetres wide.
