Section 15(1) in The M.P. State Veterinary Council Rules, 1993
(1)A duplicate certificate of registration or renewal as the case may be shall be issued by the Registrar of the State Council under Section 54 of the Act on payment of a fee of Rs. 10 (Rupees ten only).
