Section 5(1A) in The Maharashtra Fruits Nurseries And Sale Of Fruit Plants (Regulation) Act, 1969
(1A)every application referred to in sub-section (1) shall be disposed of by the Competent Authority within a period of one month from its receipt and in the manner provided in sub-section (2).
