Section 43(1) in Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University Act, 1996
(1)No person shall be admitted to a course of study in the University for admission to the examination for degrees, diplomas or other academic distinctions of the University unless, he -(a)has passed the examination prescribed therefor; and(b)fulfills such other conditions as may be prescribed by the University.
