Section 33(3)(a) in The Delhi Water Board Act, 1998

(a)to construct a drain upto the point to be prescribed in such notice, which is not more than 30 mtrs. from any part of the premises; or (b) to construct a closed cesspool or soakage pit and drain or drains emptying into such cesspool or soakage pit.
