23AA. [ Restriction on promotion of persons foregoing promotions. [Added by Rajasthan vide Notification No. F. 15(16) DOP/A-II/80, dated 30.11.1981.]
- In case a person, on his appointment by promotion to the next higher post cither on the basis of urgent temporary appointment or on regular basis on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee, foregoes such an appointment, he shall be considered again for appointment by promotion only after a period of one year (Both on the basis of urgent temporary appointment or on regular basis), on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee.] [Substituted by Rajasthan vide Notification No. F. 7(1) DOP/A-II/81, dated 6.7.1983 w.e.f. 1.4.1984.]
