Section 25(2)(i) in The Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006

(i)The standing committees mentioned in clause (i) to (v) under sub-section (1) of Section 25 shall be constituted by election from among the elected members of the Gram Panchayat. Each such committee shall consist of not less than three and not more than five members including the Chairman.
