Section 23(3)(e) in The Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Assam Rules, 1991

(e)Employees of the Board shall be governed by the same rules in respect of scales of pay etc. as are prescribed by the State Government for its employees of corresponding status unless otherwise specified by the Board at the time of creation.
